Co-Owner
Richard brings a lifetime of hands-on experience to the construction industry, having begun working alongside his father at an early age. Since 2005, he has developed a strong foundation in the field, combining practical expertise with a commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing) from Cork Institute of Technology, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management—giving him a well-rounded approach to both project execution and client service.
In 2019, Richard channelled his experience and entrepreneurial drive into launching North Van Handyman, which has since evolved into Treskel Services. As the company’s renovation specialist and subcontractor liaison, he leads the delivery of high-quality residential transformations—from targeted upgrades to full-scope renovations. With a strong focus on detail, coordination, and finish quality, Richard ensures each project is executed seamlessly from concept to completion. He is known for his professionalism, transparent communication, and ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients and trade partners alike.
Greg Vlassopoulos
Co-Owner
Greg Vlassopoulos, co-founder of Treskel Services Ltd, specializes in Design, Project Management, and Project Logistics for flooring and tile renovations. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Simon Fraser University, he brings a structured, client-focused approach to every project.
Greg works closely with homeowners, designers, and suppliers to develop cohesive design plans, guide material selection, and ensure each space aligns with both aesthetic vision and budget. Through detailed project management and coordinated logistics, he oversees timelines, material flow, and on-site execution to ensure that every project runs efficiently from concept to completion.
His role bridges design intent with practical execution, delivering spaces that are not only visually refined but also professionally managed at every stage.
