The kitchen and laundry were reimagined with custom cabinetry and new countertops, balancing refined minimalism with everyday functionality. A new balustrade opens up sightlines and enhances natural light, while the rebuilt staircase strengthens the home’s architectural presence.

A concrete-finished fireplace anchors the living space, offering a bold yet understated focal point that contrasts beautifully with the warmth of the wood flooring.
